At Hikimilitariashop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
